Dear LifeGuard30™,

I purchased your product in February, and my granddaughter and her husband helped me set it up with all of my medications and medical information.

Less than a month later I became ill. I was very weak and horribly out of breath. I couldn’t walk from one room to another without having to stop. My son called an ambulance to take me to the hospital.

I was so thankful to have my LifeGuard30™. Physically, I was too weak to gather my medications together, or even speak long enough to explain all of them to the EMTs. It was so easy for my son to show them my LifeGuard30™ and read off my list of medications from the screen. We used my LifeGuard30™ again at the hospital, where my son was asked those same medical questions again.

My brother, William Kevin Hayward, was involved in a auto accident in October of 2009. He is only 30 years old, and as a result of his injuries he is currently paralyzed from the neck down and on a ventilator.

I purchased LifeGuard30™ for him hoping it would aid in his care. It has turned out to be a priceless addition. Since Kevin’s accident he has been in the hospital quite a few times. This device provides all of his vital information immediately, making his treatment the best it can be.

Every chronically ill camper that comes to Victory Junction receives a world-class camping experience at no charge. And now, thanks to the generosity of ViVre Medical, each camper is also eligible to obtain (at no cost whatsoever) the unique LifeGuard30™ portable medical information system.

As a career emergency physician, I am too often confronted with a lack of critical information about the patients under my care. The LifeGuard30™ system solves that dilemma. It is an especially useful benefit for our campers, many of whom have complex and rare medical conditions, or problems with cognition or communication. Our campers’ parents will have greater peace of mind knowing that crucial information about their children will always be available in the event of a medical emergency.
